Are the collars + leads safe?

1. using stainless steel welded d-rings for collar sizes s-xl and welded steel d-rings for the xs collar sizes. Many collar companies use zinc diecast, but we found it unacceptable for bark+biscuit collars as diecasted d-rings cannot be pull tested.

Although we try to make our collars + leads as safe as possible, the buyer assumes all risks and liabilities that are associated with any collar and lead.  bark+biscuit collars and leads are not meant for tie out. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine whether bark+biscuit products are safe and suitable for their dogs needs.

How do I care for my collar + lead?

collars + leads can be washed by hand or in cold water on delicate. We recommend air-drying them as the rubber label may melt from the heat of a dryer. bark+biscuit is not responsible for damages that may occur from use and washing.

What size do I purchase?

It is difficult to calculate the size needed for your pet by breed, shape, or weight as your dog might not fit within its breed ranges. It is very important for you to measure your pet as accurately as possible. Measure the circumference of your dogs neck + add two fingers under the tape measure to allow for a comfortable fit. If your dogs neck measures near a maximum range, please go up a collar size.
